Dr. Helbig is a graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. After completing his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery, he spent an additional year training in surgery of the spine. He completed a Fellowship in Spine Surgery at the State University of New York - Health Science Center at Syracuse, New York. Dr. Helbig has medical licensures in the State of New Jersey and the State of New York.
Dr. Helbig specializes in the treatment of pain that is usually caused by an injury or condition such as arthritis. He offers excellent individual treatment and care to our patients. Dr. Helbig has a long, established and distinquished career with South Mountain Orthopaedic Associates, LLC.
